No "schedule pickup from local store" option?? Isn't this a missed opportunity?
No e-mail/text part number to mobile phone or inbox? Nothing to help the person go to Pep Boys and buy that part?

Poor user interfaces lack clear metaphors to communicate with users, pushing us away, while well-designed interfaces draw us in, spurring adoption and use. I'm a passionate and optimistic advocate for new technology, but the frustration with technology is all around us. I'm a longtime technologist, so I can usually figure things out or work around them, but what about those who haven't spent years in the technology field? What about poor old Mom and Dad?
